Duncan Aviation Completes First Major Falcon 8X Inspection

Duncan Aviation has completed its first major 1C inspection on a Dassault Falcon 8X, marking an important milestone in the company’s aircraft maintenance and support capabilities. The heavy maintenance check was carried out at the company’s facility in Michigan and represents a significant expansion of its services for long-range business jets. The achievement highlights Duncan Aviation’s growing expertise in maintaining next-generation business aircraft while strengthening its position in the global maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) sector.

A 1C inspection is one of the most comprehensive scheduled maintenance events for Falcon aircraft. During this process, technicians perform extensive structural inspections, system evaluations, and detailed checks of critical aircraft components. Large sections of the aircraft must be opened or partially disassembled so engineers can examine key structures, electrical systems, avionics equipment, and mechanical assemblies. These inspections are essential to ensure the aircraft continues operating safely and efficiently.
