Awery Aviation Software has entered into a strategic partnership with Group Concorde to modernise and streamline the latter’s global General Sales and Service Agent (GSSA) operations. The collaboration will see Group Concorde implement Awery’s integrated cargo ERP platform across its international network, marking a significant step in ongoing air cargo digital transformation efforts within the aviation services sector.
The move reflects a broader industry shift toward unified digital ecosystems that enhance transparency, improve operational control and support scalable growth in increasingly complex cargo markets.
Under the partnership, Group Concorde will transition from fragmented operational systems to a centralised Awery cargo ERP environment. The integrated solution is designed to consolidate cargo sales, documentation, accounting, reporting and performance tracking into one seamless digital framework.
This upgrade is expected to deliver stronger data visibility, real-time monitoring and improved coordination across multiple airline accounts. By replacing manual processes and disconnected systems, the new platform will allow Group Concorde to standardise workflows and reduce operational inefficiencies across its offices.
The adoption of Awery cargo ERP aligns with the company’s objective of modernising GSSA operations while maintaining service reliability for partner airlines and freight forwarders.
Group Concorde operates across multiple international markets, representing airlines in diverse and fast-growing cargo regions. Implementing a unified ERP platform will enable better cross-border coordination and faster decision-making, particularly in high-volume markets such as India and the Middle East.
With cargo volumes rising globally driven by e-commerce, pharmaceuticals and time-sensitive shipments, digital precision has become critical. The new system will enhance booking accuracy, streamline reporting and improve financial oversight, reinforcing operational resilience in competitive air freight environments.
Enhanced automation is also expected to minimise administrative burdens and support scalable expansion as cargo demand continues to grow.
The partnership highlights how technology adoption is becoming central to maintaining competitiveness in airport infrastructure and cargo services. GSSAs play a crucial intermediary role between airlines and freight customers, and digital optimisation can significantly enhance responsiveness and service quality.
By embracing modern ERP architecture, Group Concorde positions itself to respond more effectively to evolving airline requirements and customer expectations. The move strengthens its foundation for long-term growth while contributing to broader Group Concorde GSSA modernisation goals.
As implementation progresses, the focus will be on system integration, training and phased rollout across markets. The collaboration between Awery and Group Concorde underscores a clear industry message: digital infrastructure is no longer optional, it is essential for future-ready cargo operations.
With air freight remaining a critical pillar of global trade, investments in smart digital systems such as Awery cargo ERP will continue to shape the next phase of operational excellence in aviation logistics.
