Inox Green Secures 189.1 MWp Solar O&M Deals Across Three States

Post by : Armust Desk

Inox Green Energy Services Limited, a leading name in India’s renewable energy sector, has recently strengthened its presence in the solar power industry by securing operations and maintenance (O&M) contracts for a total of 189.1 megawatt peak (MWp) of solar power projects. These new agreements mark a significant step forward for the company as it expands its renewable energy footprint across several key states.

The contracts include two major deals. The first is for 96.6 MWp with a private equity-backed independent power producer in Maharashtra, while the second covers 92.5 MWp with an independent power producer operating in Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh. Together, these agreements represent a substantial addition to Inox Green’s growing solar O&M portfolio, reinforcing the company’s commitment to providing high-quality maintenance services for renewable energy infrastructure.

Growth in O&M Portfolio

With the addition of these new projects, Inox Green’s solar O&M portfolio has now reached approximately 1.8 gigawatts (GW). When combined with its operations in wind energy, the total renewable energy O&M portfolio of the company stands at around 5.3 GW. This expansion highlights the company’s strategic focus on operational excellence and its dedication to supporting India’s renewable energy goals.

The company has been working steadily to scale up its services in solar and wind energy projects. By providing comprehensive maintenance and operational support, Inox Green ensures that solar power plants deliver optimal performance over their operational life. This is a crucial service in the renewable energy sector, as it helps reduce downtime, maintain efficiency, and maximize energy output for power producers.

Statement from the CEO

The CEO of Inox Green, SK Mathu Sudhana, expressed his excitement about the company’s growth. He said, “We are pleased to have secured another 189.1 MWp of solar O&M agreements and to rapidly expand in this segment. Inox Green has scaled up its solar O&M portfolio within a very short span of time, and we are continuously on the lookout for and participating in large-scale O&M opportunities across solar, wind, and renewable energy infrastructure.”

This statement reflects the company’s proactive approach to growth and its commitment to maintaining high standards in renewable energy services. By expanding its portfolio, Inox Green not only strengthens its market position but also contributes to India’s broader renewable energy targets.

Strong Financial Performance

Inox Green’s financial results show the positive impact of its strategic expansions. In the first quarter of the financial year 2026, ending in June, the company reported a consolidated net profit of 22.03 crore rupees. This is a remarkable increase compared to 3.75 crore rupees in the same quarter of the previous year.

Sales revenue also rose during the same period, increasing by 10.5 percent to 56.20 crore rupees. This growth in sales and profit underscores the company’s operational efficiency and its ability to capitalize on opportunities in the renewable energy sector. Analysts have noted that Inox Green’s focus on expanding its O&M services, along with its commitment to quality and timely delivery, has played a key role in this financial success.

Commitment to Renewable Energy

Inox Green Energy Services has always emphasized the importance of sustainable and efficient energy solutions. The company provides long-term O&M services for solar and wind power plants, ensuring that renewable energy assets perform at their peak for years to come. Its clients include major independent power producers, public sector undertakings, and other organizations seeking reliable maintenance and operational support for their renewable energy infrastructure.

By focusing on operational excellence, Inox Green contributes not only to the performance of individual solar and wind projects but also to the broader growth of renewable energy in India. This commitment aligns with the country’s renewable energy goals and supports the transition from conventional energy sources to cleaner and more sustainable alternatives.

Inox Green plans to continue expanding its renewable energy operations, with a focus on both solar and wind projects. The company is actively exploring opportunities to provide O&M services for larger installations, both domestically and internationally.

Strategic partnerships and collaborations are also on the horizon. By working with various power producers and technology providers, Inox Green aims to enhance its service offerings, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen its position as a trusted partner in the renewable energy sector.

The company is also investing in technological upgrades, training programs, and advanced monitoring systems to ensure that its O&M services remain cutting-edge. These initiatives will help Inox Green maintain high standards of quality while reducing operational risks and improving energy output for its clients.

Supporting India’s Renewable Energy Goals

Inox Green’s recent achievements are part of a larger effort to support India’s renewable energy ambitions. With the country aiming to achieve 500 GW of renewable energy capacity by 2030, companies like Inox Green play a crucial role in ensuring that solar and wind power projects operate efficiently and sustainably.

The expansion of its O&M portfolio demonstrates Inox Green’s commitment to long-term growth in the sector and highlights its role as a key player in India’s renewable energy landscape. By providing reliable maintenance services, the company helps power producers maximize the value of their investments, reduce downtime, and contribute to a cleaner, greener energy future.

Inox Green Energy Services’ latest O&M contracts for 189.1 MWp of solar power projects reflect both the company’s growth strategy and its dedication to renewable energy. With a strong financial performance, a growing portfolio, and a focus on operational excellence, the company is well-positioned to continue expanding its services across India and beyond.

As the demand for sustainable energy solutions continues to rise, Inox Green’s commitment to quality and efficiency ensures that it remains a trusted partner for power producers and a significant contributor to India’s renewable energy goals.
