2025 Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Spotted Ahead of Official Launch

Post by : Meena Rani

The upcoming 2025 Royal Enfield Meteor 350 has been spotted at a dealership, creating excitement among motorcycle enthusiasts. This new model is the first significant update to the Meteor 350 since it was launched in 2020. The sighting confirms that the bike will soon be officially launched in India, giving riders a modern twist on a classic cruiser.

The new Meteor 350 keeps the timeless cruiser style while introducing updates that make it more modern, comfortable, and stylish. It is aimed at riders who want a mix of classic design and contemporary technology.

Fresh New Look

The 2025 Meteor 350 features a fresh new blue paint scheme, which adds a vibrant and eye-catching touch to the motorcycle. The classic cruiser design remains intact, but the new colors give it a modern appearance. This is expected to attract younger riders and those looking for a bike that stands out on the road.

The body design remains similar to the previous model, retaining the long fuel tank, comfortable seating position, and broad handlebars, which are key features of a cruiser bike.

Enhanced Lighting Features

The Meteor 350 now comes with LED headlamps and LED turn indicators, replacing the older halogen setup. These LED lights improve visibility during night rides and in foggy conditions. The bike also looks more modern and stylish with these lighting upgrades.

The front LED headlamp has a distinct pattern, while the rear LED tail lamp provides better visibility to vehicles coming from behind. These features make riding safer and add a premium feel to the motorcycle.

Advanced Navigation and Charging

The 2025 Meteor 350 introduces a Tripper navigation pod, which provides riders with turn-by-turn navigation. This feature is especially useful for long rides and touring, ensuring riders never lose their way.

Additionally, the bike comes with a USB Type-C charging port, allowing riders to charge their mobile phones, GPS devices, or other electronic gadgets while riding. This is a convenient addition for riders who depend on gadgets for navigation and connectivity during long journeys.

Slipper Clutch for Smooth Riding

One of the most exciting updates in the new Meteor 350 is the slipper clutch, a feature previously seen on the Classic 350. The slipper clutch reduces rear-wheel hop during aggressive downshifts, making riding smoother and safer. It is particularly useful when riding in city traffic or on winding roads, giving better control and comfort to riders.

Engine and Performance

The 2025 Meteor 350 retains its 349cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine. The engine produces a power output of 20.2bhp and 27 N · m of torque, similar to the previous model. This engine is paired with a five-speed gearbox, ensuring smooth gear shifts and a comfortable riding experience.

The bike delivers good acceleration for city commuting while remaining stable and comfortable on highways. Its mechanical setup makes it suitable for both short city rides and long-distance touring.

Variants and Pricing

The updated Meteor 350 will be available in four variants:

  • Fireball: Bright and bold colors for younger riders.

  • Stellar: Subtle yet stylish colors for a balanced look.

  • Aurora: Heritage-inspired colors for classic cruiser fans.

  • Supernova: Premium finishes with chrome accents for a luxurious appearance.

The new pricing is expected to be competitive due to recent tax changes, making it more affordable while still offering modern features.

Accessory Kits for Customization

Royal Enfield offers two accessory kits for the Meteor 350, allowing riders to customize the bike to their style and purpose:

  • Urban Kit: Includes a black drag handlebar, low rider seat, tinted flyscreen, and black mirrors. Ideal for city riding.

  • Grand Tourer Kit: Comes with a touring seat, premium panniers, longhaul rails, LED fog lamps, and deluxe foot pegs. Perfect for long-distance touring.

These kits make the Meteor 350 versatile, letting riders personalize it for daily use or adventure trips.

Mechanical and Safety Features

The bike’s mechanical setup is reliable and proven:

  • Engine: 349cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled

  • Power: 20.2bhp

  • Torque: 27Nm

  • Transmission: Five-speed gearbox

  • Suspension: Telescopic front forks and twin rear shock absorbers

  • Brakes: Disc brakes on both wheels with dual-channel ABS

These specifications ensure a stable, smooth, and safe ride on different types of roads.

Warranty and Roadside Assistance

Royal Enfield provides an extended warranty of up to seven years on the Meteor 350. There is also a roadside assistance program that ensures riders are supported in case of emergencies, giving peace of mind for long rides and touring adventures.

The 2025 Royal Enfield Meteor 350 blends classic cruiser design with modern features such as LED lights, a Tripper navigation pod, USB Type-C charging, and a slipper clutch. Its vibrant colors, customizable kits, and reliable performance make it a strong choice for new and experienced riders alike.

As the launch date approaches, riders are eagerly waiting to experience this updated cruiser, which promises style, comfort, and modern technology while retaining the classic Royal Enfield charm.
